PLEASE NOTE - This is our "normal season" schedule. This information has not been updated for 2021. Practice schedules are still very much TBD and subject to change depending on our plans and protocols this year. Keep checking for updates.

-All practices begin with 15 minutes of stretch/dry-land.

-Please try to attend at least 3 practices per week (to be competitive, older swimmers should try to attend every day).  

-15-18 year old swimmers must either attend practices or be on the coaching staff to participate in meets.

-There are no practices the evenings of swim meets.

-We will have Saturday morning practices in the spring (5/1, 5/8, 5/15, and 5/22 only).

-Regular morning practices will begin Tuesday, June 1.

 

IMPORTANT - The pool is closed during spring practices and during summer morning practices. Siblings are NOT allowed in the pool and must stay 5 feet away from the edge of the pool at all times. Swimmers who are attending a practice session are only allowed in the lanes which are supervised by the coaches.

All swimmers must practice with their assigned age group.  We cannot honor requests to swim with siblings or friends.  Swimmers may not attend a different practice session for the parent's convenience, and advanced swimmers may not "swim up".  Please be sure your swimmer is available during his/her assigned practice time before registering.
